PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 until further orders on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31940 of 2024 in Crime No.704 of 2024 order dated 20.12.2024.

ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31940 of 2024 in Crime No.704 of 2024 order dated 20.12.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph 5(b) of Crl.O.P.No.31940 of 2024 on 20.12.2024 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
