This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 28.10.2020 made in Writ Petition No.31033 of 2019.
2.During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents submit that the order of this Court is complied with and proceedings are issued to that efffect on 27.06.2023. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.
3.On perusal of the proceedings dated 27.06.2023, it appears that the order of the Court is complied with, subject to the out come of the Special Leave Petition.
4.In view of the above, in my considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in this Contempt Petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
