O.P.No.(Com.Div.) 186 of 2021 & A.No.3759 of 2021 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J The petitioner, which was the respondent in the arbitration proceedings, assails an arbitral award by which the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of about Rs.66,52,825/- towards consultancy fees and a sum of Rs.6,72,612/- towards travelling expenses. The petitioner assails the award primarily on the ground that the arbitral Tribunal erred in considering the claim in terms of XII plan, which had not fructified. It is also contended that the amounts due and payable for services rendered by the respondent were paid. Issue notice to the respondent returnable by 23.11.2021. Private notice is also permitted.
