The petitioners herein, who are the legal heirs of deceased sole appellant B.Ganesh, had filed Death Certificate and the Legal Heir Certificate for B.Ganesh. The legal heirs are to pursue the appeal on behalf of B.Ganesh. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent verified the Legal Heir Certificate, confirms the same. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 4.Post the main Appeal on 08.04.2025.
