When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 28.03.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today (28.04.2017) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the Writ petitioner. 2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the writ petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
