When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and therefore, the same was passed over till 2.15 p.m. Again when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner. Though the writ petition is of the year 2005 and the same is pending for quite fifteen long years, the petitioner has not chosen to appear to argue the matter today, which shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
