ORDER
It is seen that the writ petition is filed by the petitioner trade union challenging the order of the second respondent dated 28.08.2003.
2. On a perusal thereof, it can be seen that it is a notice given under Section 9A for change of certain service conditions.
3. In view of the sheer efflux of time, nothing survives as on date to be adjudicated with reference to the said 9A notice and as such, the writ petition is disposed as having become infructuous No costs. 25.11.2024 2/2 nsl 2/3
