COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed for direction to the first respondent to allow the petitioners to appear in the third semester examination of the Diploma in Civil Engineering Course, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Course & Diploma in Electronics and 5/8

Communication Engineering Course commences on 12.10.2010 in the second respondent college.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused all the materials placed before this Court. 3.

It is seen that the prayers sought for in these writ petitions have become infructuous since the examinations would have already been conducted.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
