2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the second respondent Police have registered a case against the opposite parties in Crime No.5 of 2016 dated 11.06.2016 for the offences under Sections 420, 294(b), 506(i) IPC., on the complaints given by these petitioners.
