ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed for a prayer to take up the application in the unnumbered O.A. filed by the petitioner presented on 22.12.2025 and dispose the same in a time bound manner.
2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the O.A has been returned for certain compliances and not even numbered.
3.Prima-facie, it can be seen that original scheme was framed on caste basis. The prayer in the present petition is to revise the scheme to appoint nonhereditary trustees from public and the devotees at large and not on caste basis. 4.Under the said circumstances, the prayer has to be considered as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner shall represent the O.A. petition filed by him within one week from the date of receipt of web copy of the order and thereafter, it shall be numbered and taken up for enquiry and dispose of the representation of the original application. It is needless to mention that notice shall be issued to all persons interested and decision be taken in accordance with law.
5.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. 03-02-2026 ep
