second respondent relating to Pro.No.Nir.3/26978/2005(1) dated 10.08.2005 and memo No.Nir.3/689/2005 dated 18.8.2005 and quash the same and issue consequential directions to include the name of the petitioner in the said panel for 2005-2006 for promotion as Junior Employment Officer without prejudice to the claim for inclusion of name in the panel for 2004-2005 and promotion and to promote the petitioner as Junior Employment Officer with consequential benefits.
