O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed, seeking to punish the third respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 29.03.2019 in W.P.No.9246 of 2009.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the fourth respondent, instead of third respondent and therefore, seeks liberty to challenge the said order before the appropriate forum.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
