Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Government had issued orders in G.O.Ms.No.111, Revenue ULC II(1), Department, dated 03.03.2007 dropping all actions taken under Section 21(2) of the Tamil Nadu Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act.
