This Court by order dated 21.02.2019 disposed of the above revision petition with a direction to the I Additional Sub Judge, Erode to dispose of the E.P.No.20 of 2017, within a period of four months. 2.At the request of the I Additional Sub Judge, Erode, by letter dated 07.02.2020 received through the Principal District Judge, Erode, sought for further time of three months to comply the order of this Court dated 21.02.2019.

3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extention of time. Accordingly, further three months time is granted to dispose of E.P.No.20 of 2017, pending on this file.
