There was no representation for the Petitioner during earlier hearing on 17.11.2021 as well as at 12.35 p.m., today. 3.

At the time of admission on 13.10.2010, this Court recorded the submission made on the Petitioner that he would join duty by 01.05.2011 at Villupuram, where he had been transferred, after the examination of his children is completed for that academic year.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the Petitioner has joined duty on 10.06.2011 at the transferred place and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the subsequent events, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.
