C.M.P.No.2348 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.10588 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.10588 of 2021 against the judgment and decree dated 25.11.2019 in M.C.O.P.No.1566 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Judge), Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. The respondents though served, had not entered appearance.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 30 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.SR.No.10588 of 2021 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
