The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to forbear the first respondent from allotting Petrol Bunk to the second respondent at Thingalur Village, Erode District.

2. On account of efflux of time, the cause aroused deserves no further adjudication and even the learned counsel for the first respondent is unable to ascertain the facts and the current circumstances.

3. Under these circumstances, this Court has no other option than to close the writ petition. However, it is made clear that if any grievance exists to the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to redress the same in the manner known to law.
