The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of I.D.O.P.No.347 of 2022 on the file of the Family Court at Cuddalore to the file of the Principal District Court, Nagapattinam.

2.The petitioner/wife is residing at Nagapattinam at her parent's house along with her minor child without any source of income. Hence, she is unable to attend the Court at Cuddalore by traveling nearly 130 kms from Nagapattinam.

3. Notice served on the respondent, but there is no appearance. Hence, there is no objection from the respondent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I.D.O.P.No.347 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore and transferred to the file of Principal District Court, Nagapattinam, to be disposed of in accordance with law and the learned Family Court Judge, Cuddalore is directed to send entire records to the 2 / 4

learned Principal District Judge, Nagapattinam within a period of two(2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Tr.C.M.P.No.100 of 2023 is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
