This petition has been filed to pass orders directing to transfer the D.V.A.No.64 of 2014 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court VII, Coimbatore to XVIII Judicial Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. The case is of the year 2014 and there is no scope to transfer the case at this length of time.

3. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed and there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court VII, Coimbatore to dispose of D.V.A.No.64 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has already not been disposed.
