2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the matter has been settled out of Court and produced letters from the petitioners addressed to the first respondent stating that the matter has been settled. Mr. S. Rajeswaran, Sub Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Perambalur Division appeared today and has made an endorsement to that effect.
