O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the letter of the 2nd respondent dated 23.03.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to register a case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.04.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.It is seen from the records that the 2nd respondent after conducting enquiry closed the complaint lodged by the petitioner. Therefore, this writ petition is not at all maintainable.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate by way of private complaint if so advised.
