C.M.P.Nos.3450, 3451 and 3453 of 2020 are filed to exempt the petitioners from paying Court fee of Rs.4,275/- each in C.M.A.Nos.SR.14444 to 14446 of 2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed the above C.M.A.Nos.SR.14444 to 14446 of 2020 for enhancement of compensation and filed the present Civil Miscellaneous Petitions for exemption of Court fee of Rs.4,275/- in the above mentioned C.M.A.Nos.SR.14444 to 14446 of 2020 for the present and has undertaken to pay the Court fee at later stage. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered, exempting the petitioners to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage. 18.02.2020 kj http://www.judis.nic.in
