This petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and to execute sureties as imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.27896 of 2022.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners to surrender and to execute the sureties, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
