ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondents to reclassify the petitioner's property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as "Ryotwari Manai" instead of "Anadheenam" and issue joint patta in the name of the petitioners for the said property within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Though counter has been filed by the official respondents before this Court, this Court is of the considered view that since this writ petition has been filed only in the year 2025 no prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation seeking for reclassification of the property as "Ryotwari Manai" instead of "Anadheenam" is considered on merits and in accordance with law based on the documents produced by the petitioners before the fifth respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. Since the fifth respondent has got bifurcated, the representation of the petitioner has now got to be considered by the fifth respondent.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the petitioner to submit the documents in support of the petitioner's case with the fifth respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said supporting documents, the fifth respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's request, seeking for reclassification of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition from "Anadheenam" to "Ryotwari Manai" after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' representation.
6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Consequently, W.M.P. No. 4394 of 2025 is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee. 07-01-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes ab
