In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 33 days stands condoned and this petition is ordered on condition to pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 15.12.2019, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically.
