This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 24.01.2022 in Crl.MP No.96/2022 in Crl.RC No.10/2022 to appear before the respondent police, on the first working day of every English Calendar Month at 10.30a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the above condition, without fail from 24.01.2022. He further submitted that, due to the above compliance of condition, the petitioner is unable to do his work regularly and hence, prayed to relax the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Trial Court, as and when required.
