This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by the order of this Court on 21.12.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.32086 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32086 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is relaxed.
