(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Heard. The petitioner stands convicted for the offence under Section 6 of the POCSO Act and Section 366 of IPC and sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life along with fine of Rs.5000/-, in default to undergo simple imprisonment for 3 months and to undergo imprisonment for 10 years along with fine of Rs.5000/-, in default to undergo simple imprisonment for 3 months for the respective offence as aforesaid. We are not convinced with the grounds of defence raised by the petitioner's counsel for suspension of sentence. Therefore, this criminal miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
