3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 97 days, is condoned. Hence, the petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and list the matter on 10.08.2016 'for admission'.
