This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for her willful disobedience of the order dated 12.09.2014 in W.P.No.20807 of 2014.This Court directed the respondent to consider and pass orders, within a period of four weeks.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent / the Principal Accountant General of Tamil Nadu made a submission that the case of the writ petitioner was considered on merits and an order was passed by the respondent, on 19.01.2015. The case of the writ petitioner was considered on the basis of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and therefore the respondents have not committed any contempt of Court.

3. In view of the fact that the respondent had already passed an order, there is no such willful disobedience and consequently, the contempt petition stands closed.
