(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J) Challenging the appointment of Executive Officer in One Arulmighu Puttu Uthasava Vagiayaru Kattalai at Madurai, which is attached to Madurai Meenakshi Sundareshwarar temple, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondents submitted that already Trust Board has been elected and it is functioning.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
