(Judgment of the Court was delivered by K.KUMARESH BABU, J.) This intra court appeal has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned writ Court in a batch of writ petitions directing regularisation of service for the respondents.

2. In similar circumstances, this Court in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.No.606 of 2019 etc., by order dated 16.08.2013, had dealt with a similar issue and had held that the claim of the appellants therein can be considered in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 27.06.2013.

3. We are of the opinion that the view taken by us in the aforesaid judgment would squarely apply to the present facts of the case. Hence, we do not find any infirmity in the impugned order passed by the learned single Judge. The writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently 2/4

connected miscellaneous petition is closed. As a sequel, we direct the appellants to consider the claim of the respondent to regularize her service in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.74 dated 27.06.2013 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
