The prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is to set aside the order dated 24.01.2019 in Crl.MP. No. 272 of 2019 in C.C. No. 18 of 2017 on the file of the learned XII Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai and consequently dismiss the petition filed by the respondent under Section 311of Cr.P.C

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Public Prosecutor submitted that recall and cross examination of PW15 is over and now the matter is posted for respondent side arguments.
