This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.12.2018.

2.It is seen that the complaint has been included in the typed set of papers dated 01.12.2018, but there is absolutely no document to show that the complaint was lodged before the respondent Police and also no acknowledgment was produced by the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the respondent Police as such this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
