PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order of direction in the nature of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the first respondent impugned notice vide R.C.No.

1/2003/Corr/School, dated 18.01.2004 issued by the first respondent and quash the same and directing the first respondent to reinstate the petitioner as English Teacher in the respondent school with all the monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The petitioner is aggrieved against her retrenchment from the 1st respondent's school. It is brought to the notice of this Court that pending the writ petition, the petitioner herein was https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appointed as a Teacher in a Government School and as such, the petitioner has sought for modification of her relief for the payment of arrears of her salary from 01.01.1996 to August 2005. 2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that on 27.06.2015, the 1st respondent herein had paid the entire arrears of salary to the petitioner herein for the period from 01.01.1996 to August 2005 along with gratuity. A copy of the said receipt is also produced before this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner also acknowledges the receipt.

3.In the light of the aforesaid observations, the petitioner may not have any further grievance. Accordingly, Writ petition stands closed. No costs.
