ORDER
The petitioner / Accused, who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) 1/3
and 7 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act 2024 and Sections 318, 336(3) and 340(2) of B.N.S. in connection with the case in Crime No.4 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that no petition against the petitioner and the petitioner is not arrayed as an accused in this case.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
