ORDER
The petition has been filed seeking to direct respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up today, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the preliminary enquiry reveals that there is a dispute between the petitioner and her erstwhile husband with regard to the custody of the minor child, I.Aizaan Basha. He would further submit that finding that the dispute is a matrimonial dispute, the respondent had advised the parties to approach the appropirate Civil Court. He would also submit that the respondent police has not harassed the petitioner.
3. Recording the above submission, the petition stands disposed of.
