These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 1553 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent in the above civil revision petition, to set aside the abatement on account of the death of the sole respondent and to bring the legal representatives of the sole respondent. 2.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
