This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29984 of 2022 on 05.12.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2 .The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government(Crl.Side), this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
