The Writ Appeal No.907 of 2015 is filed against the order dated 09.04.2015 passed in W.P.No.2902 of 2014 which was filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to permit the petitioner to write III year M.B.B.S. Examination.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the appellant would submit that the prayer in the Appeal has become infructuous in view of the fact that the appellant was already permitted to attend the III year M.B.B.S.
