Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the first respondent in Letter No.41063/Ser3(2)/2009-4 dated 02.09.2010, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to follow the seniority lists issued by the Collectors of various districts pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal Nos.2251 and 2252 of 2009 dated 08.04.2009.
