O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.57 of 2014, on the file of respondent police. 2.The defacto complainant/petitioner seeks for further investigation in Crime No.57 of 2014. On perusal of records, it is seen that the respondent has completed the investigation and have filed a final report for the offence under Section 302 IPC before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore, who has taken cognizance and made over the case to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranipet and was taken on file as S.C.No.80 of 2015 and the trial was also commenced. 3.In view of the fact that the trial has commenced, the prayer sought for this petition cannot be considered at this stage. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

trial proceedings in S.C.No.80 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Further, the petitioner is also at liberty to invoke the provisions under Section 319 Cr.P.C before the trial Court.

4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
