ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order dated 10.12.2018 in W.P.No.38357 of 2016.

2.It is stated that W.A.SR.No.103300 of 2023 had been filed along with C.M.P.No.19317 of 2023 to condone the delay in filing the writ appeal. It had been listed on 25.08.2023 and had been adjourned by three weeks. It is also stated by the learned Special Government Pleader that caveat had also been entered into by the writ petitioner and copies had also been served.

3.In view of the same, the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh contempt petition depending on the result in the writ appeal.
