A.NOS.1440 AND 1441 OF 2023 IN C.S.NO.66 OF 2022 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

These applications have been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 28.10.2022 passed by this Court in the above Suit and to condone the delay in filing written statement in the above Suit.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that the order dated 23.11.2023 passed by this Court in the above applications has been complied with by paying cost to the Cancer Institute, Adyar, Chennai and he has also filed a Memo dated 11.12.2023 in this regard.

3.In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the memo filed, no further order is necessary in these applications and accordingly, the same stand closed.

4.Post the main Suit for framing issues on 03.01.2024.
