PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the order passed by the first respondent in RCA.No.942 of 1987 dated 25.09.2003 as confirmed in appeal by the appellate authority cum District Court, Udhagamandalam, the third respondent in CMA.No.63 of 2003 dated 16.02.2005 and quash the same.
