Prayer in WP.No.21928/2005 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue the Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent pertaining to I.D.No.1/2003 and quash the award dated 31.03.2003 and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the dispute and pass award afresh after giving opportunities to the parties.
