O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to measure the land situated in Punsei S.No.184/3C, to 1/4

the extent of 1.06.50 Hectares or 2.63 Acres of land situated at Kadamadai Village, Pennagram Union and Taluk, Dharmapuri District and earmark the boundaries based on the petitioner representation dated 28.07.2022.

2. In respect of land situated in Punsei S.No.184/3C, to the extent of 1.06.50 Hectares or 2.63 Acres of land situated at Kadamadai Village, Pennagram Union and Taluk, Dharmapuri District, the petitioner has given a representation on 28.07.2022 to survey the land to identify the four boundaries for which necessary fee also has been paid by the petitioner on 27.07.2022, therefore in order to consider the said representation and to do the needful, the petitioner has moved the present writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.M.Vignesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that, the said representation submitted by the petitioner 2/4

would be considered and needful would be undertaken by the respondents within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following orders: There shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.07.2022 and do the needful by completing the survey of the land in question within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
