O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to quash the cancellation of lease granted in respect of the Writ Petitioner to collect fee for public toilets vide proceeding dated 23.6.2005.

2. The lease document dated 24.3.2005, which is enclosed in page 2 of the typed set of papers filed along with the Writ Petition states that the lease period was from 1.4.2005 to 31.3.2006. In view of the fact that the period of lease expired long back, the cause that arose for the purpose of filing this Writ Petition has vanished. Thus, no further adjudication requires to be entertained in respect of the grounds raised in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

No costs.

Consequently, W.P.M.P.No.23886 of 2005 is closed.
