ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.11.2019 and to issue patta for the land measuring an extent of 0.39.5 hectares comprised in Survey No.541/1 of Sivagiri "A" Village, Kodumudi Taluk, Erode District within time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.11.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
