Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25926 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 for executing the bail bond.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that due to infection of COVID 19, the 1st petitioner was admitted in the hospital from 13.01.2022 and later he was discharged and thereafter all the petitioners are in home quarantine and hence, these petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time. Hence, he prays to extend the time. 3.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to furnish the sureties within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
